How long does onboarding take?
Usually a few days. We collect your business details and settlement account, then activate Payment Links. Hosted Checkout depends on your website integration.
What does Mocard cost?
Pricing depends on your volume and the services you use. Tell us about your business and we will send a clear quote with no hidden fees.
I paid a merchant and have a question about it.
Look up the payment on the Payments page with your Mocard reference, or send us the merchant name, amount and date and we will trace it.
Do you offer technical support for integration?
Yes. Our support team helps with Hosted Checkout integration, testing and go-live, and is available around the clock for merchants.
